Why see-saws are dangerous

i do not want to play
this see-saw with you

first you go up
and then i go up
then you go down

:up and down

but you never
let me down easy

you leap in your seat
to go up, up

and i come down hard
and it hurts

i suppose
i could suddenly get off
the stupid see-saw

if only i have the courage
to hurt you

it is hard to be straight and blunt knowing it might hurt for someone care

well, this could be more than just about playing with the see-saw. :)

Emotionally striking, it resonates, so many relationships feel like this. It's too bad they can't be on level ground, the fulcrum keeps them in a constant state of imbalance.

I would say, just stop it in the middle, look him / her in the eye and say "I'm jumping off" and do so! Then walk off with your heed held high into the rest of your fabulous life.

xooxxo

P.S. hope you are well. Think of you often.

Nice!
I'm doing pretty good. Sorry for not visiting lately. I've not been actively blogging or writing. I've gotten addicted to the outdoors. :) Thanks for your thoughts.
